A multipurpose dip for all indian and tandoori snacks!
Ingredients
- Mint leaves : 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup
- Yogurt : 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice : 1 lemon squeezed
- Green chillies : 2
- Cumin powder : 1 tbsp
- Ginger : 1 inch piece
- Garlic : 2 cloves
- Salt : to taste
- Onion (optional) : chopped 2 tbsp
Method:
- Blend all ingredients except yogurt and lemon juice in a blender.
- Whisk the yogurt and lemon juice in the blend using a wire whisk.
- Chill and enjoy with various tandoori and indian snacks .
