Tandoori Mint Chutney : Indian Snacks Accompaniment

A multipurpose dip for all indian and tandoori snacks!

Ingredients

  • Mint leaves : 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves: 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt : 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice : 1 lemon squeezed
  • Green chillies : 2
  • Cumin powder : 1 tbsp
  • Ginger : 1 inch piece
  • Garlic : 2 cloves
  • Salt : to taste 
  • Onion (optional)  : chopped 2 tbsp

Method: 

  • Blend all ingredients except yogurt and lemon juice in a blender.
  • Whisk the yogurt and lemon juice in the blend using a wire whisk. 
  • Chill and enjoy with various tandoori and indian snacks .
