Always in a hurry like me ? Here is a yummy, scrumptious , delicious yet nutritious breakfast or evening snack option for the whole family , especially for kids / toddlers above 1 year .

I am always looking for ways to incorporate bananas in my kids’ meal as it is a complete nutrition dense food for vegetarian children, apt for otherwise picky choosy eaters.

A banana a day , is also my mommy mantra to ensure good weight gain in toddlers on the run.

The USP of this recipe is it has one step and takes less than 5 minutes to make , with practically no prep at all.

Strawberry Smoothie |Breakfast | Snack | Toddler Friendly

No Cooking

Yields : 2 child sized portion


5 plump strawberries (leafy part removed)

1 medium banana, peeled (frozen banana makes for thicker smoothies )

1 tbsp thick curd

1 tsp honey


Blend the strawberries, banana and curd using a hand blender . Top it with honey .

Voila , your smoothie is ready ! Perfect for summers .
